It explores key areas such as self-regulation, growth mindset, boundary management, and creative coping to support confidence, stress management, and psychological well-being.
This framework currently consists of 23 domains and 96 elements. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, individuals will gain a deeper understanding of how emotional agility supports adaptability, recovery, and personal growth.
